This is an immediate need and could become a full time position. This individual will be responsible for weekly payroll processing, reconciling payroll sub-ledger to the general ledger, remitting payroll taxes and government reporting, and preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll statements. Additionally, the payroll position will be responsible for data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution, benefit changes, direct deposit changes, wage garnishments, and providing statements to various departments as well as basic officeclerical duties.
